Return and conversion

 

You can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receiving your order. You can only change the size and / or color of an item once. You can however return an item at any time according to our conditions of withdrawal:

1. Return the goods in their original condition together with all attached labels and packaging.

2. Complete the revocation form in the Customer Service section to receive a return or exchange number.

3. Use the pre-printed return order included in the package. Your return is insured against theft and loss on the way to our warehouse.

4. Drop off your package at the nearest post office of your choice and ship the package to us.

 

What happens next?

 

All returns and exchanges will be processed within 3 working days of receipt by us.

You can check the status of your return or exchange at any time in the Customer Service area. Once the return has been confirmed, we will arrange the refund or send you your new order.
